Great location right near St Miguel Market made it easy to explore the area. The room had a kettle with coffee and biscuits, adding a cozy touch. AC was cold and worked perfectly in the warm weather. However, soundproofing was an issue. I could easily hear conversations in the hallway and the noise from the street. There was a delivery of extra towels needed, but they came quickly after I requested it. Also, reception hours were inconvenient since they only operated from 2 pm to 10 pm, complicating our early arrival.

We loved the great location. It was perfect for exploring Madrid on foot without needing to coordinate transportation. The kids really enjoyed the nearby parks and attractions. The spacious room with a kettle and fridge made our stay comfortable and convenient for our big family.

My kids wished for a little more space in the common areas.

The room was huge and surprisingly comfortable, featuring a kettle with coffee and biscuits that made my stay extra cozy. I really enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor terrace and sipping tea in the lounge area. The only downside was the noise from the stairs, but it didn’t really ruin my experience. 😊
